A filigree 18 karat white gold diamond band from our Vintage Collection, this 3 diamond band with a small triangular caliber cut synthetic blue sapphire on each side of the mounting presents a classic appearance. The 3 single cut diamonds have a total weight of .08 carats. They are SI quality and are set in illusion settings. The filigree wraps from the top down around the shoulders and gallery of the ring. The ring is size 5.
