Marquise cameo 10k gold vintage ring

A marquise shaped female bust cameo is bezel set in this vintage 10 karat yellow gold ring. A rose gold flower is decorated within a ribbon design on each shoulder of the ring, as well as a polished diamond shape at the tope of each side of the shank. The ring is a size 7 and measures 21.6 mm (7/8 inch) long X 14.25 mm (1/2 inch) wide.
