Diamond ribbon motif semi-mount engagement ring

Ladies 14k white gold semi-mount diamond engagement ring. The ring is for a 3/4 carat round center diamond or colored stone. The center setting is flanked on either side by 9 small round diamonds bright cut into the shoulders of the shank which is slightly scalloped from the top of the shank to the gallery where there is a lovely filigree design at the base of the head. The diamond total weight is 0.14 carats. Now a finger size 7
