18” Cultured Akoya pearl necklace with 14ky gold amethyst clasp

These beautifully matched Akoya (saltwater) pearls display a creamy rose' tone. They have good symmetry with light blemish and very good luster with some orient. The nacre thickness is good for long life. The 59 pearls are strung knotted and are even more spectacular with the inclusion of a beautiful yellow gold, round shaped box catch that has an amethyst set on the top. The round amethyst weighs 1.10 carats. The amethyst has two small round brilliant cut diamonds-set on either side with a total weight of .05 carats. The Princess length necklace is secured with the aforementioned box catch and figure 8 safety.
