Antique hand fabricated platinum filigree diamond ring

An exquisite representation of the Edwardian era, this hand fabricated platinum filigree ring contains an Old European Cut natural diamond as the center stone, circa early 1900’s. The diamond is GIA graded Color I, Clarity SI1 with report from GIA #2205601013. It weighs 1.88 carats and is secured with 6 prongs atop the hand engraved sculpted mounting. There are 2 diamonds set in each shoulder on either side of the center diamond, as well as 3 additional diamonds top and bottom. The 10 small SI quality, old mine cut diamonds have an estimated total weight of .19 carats and are bright cut into the hand engraved filigree shank. The ring is size 7.5
