Platinum filigree mounting for 1 carat round stone

The hand engraving as well as the filigree styling makes for a splendid candidate for an Old European Cut diamond for an authentic period piece. A modern cut stone will still make for a spectacular, eye catching ring as well. The mounting has 6 small round single cut diamonds, 2 on each shoulder and 1 on the top and bottom of  the center stone. The diamonds have a total weight of 0.08 carats of SI diamonds. They are bright cut into the mounting which has filigree and hand engraving on the shoulders and the sides. The ring is size 6.5.
