This 14 karat white gold ring is the perfect example of a vintage filigree design. The 2 pear-shaped rubies, though synthetic, display very good intensity, and saturation in a red hue with a slight pink overtone. They are prong set end to end, points out, and each  measure an average 9 mm in length X 6 mm in width for an individual weight of 1.4 carats, and a total estimated weight of 2.80 carats.  The ring is size 6.5.
