9.63ct Pear shape opal with diamonds 14ky gold pendant

The play of color in this exquisite 9.63 carat pear shaped opal has to be seen to be believed. Greens, blues, orange, yellow, red and violet all appear in this large luminous opal of Ethiopian origin. The stone measures 26.5 x 14.7 mm and is enhanced by a halo of full brilliant cut round  VS quality diamonds with a total weight of .38 carats, including the diamond set in the attached bale. The stones are set in 14 karat yellow gold and the bezel features a cutout scroll design on the side. Chain sold separately. Simply gorgeous!
