The vivid 0.82 carat oval cut spinel is set in a diamond halo design with 18 sparkling round brilliant cut VS diamonds, including 4 in the bale. The total diamond weight is 0.20 carats. The pendant length measures 15 mm, including the bale and is 7 mm wide. It is shown suspended from a light diamond cut 14 karat white gold cable chain with lobster clasp, which is sold separately.
