Sapphire and diamond heart pendant 14ky gold

This 14 karat yellow gold estate open heart pendant is set with 5 marquise shaped natural blue sapphires that measure an average 5 mm in length X 2.5 mm in width with an estimated total weight of 1.0 carat . The sapphires have fair intensity with good saturation in a dark blue hue. They are set with end prongs and point outward around one half of the heart outline.  Between each sapphire are 2 prong set single cut diamonds in a marquise shape illusion head. The 8 diamonds have an estimated total weight of .12 carats and are I1 clarity.  The other half of the heart outline is stylized with a design of 3 open gold wires and the pendant is suspended with a rabbit ear bale.  Chain sold separately.
