Multi color citrine 10k yellow gold ring

This 10 karat yellow gold estate ring offers two variations of citrine (quartz); the traditional golden-orange as seen in the oval center stone and the more elusive Madera variety which is a more reddish orange as seen in the 3 pear shaped stones on either side of the center. The center stone measures 13.8 mm in length X 11.8 in width X 8 mm in depth for an estimated weight of 7.28 carats.  It has good intensity, saturation in a yellowish/orange hue and is set with 4 prongs atop a double gallery. The 6 pear shaped Madera citrines measure an average 3.83 mm in length X an average 3 mm in width for an average weight of .18 carats or a total weight of 1.09 carats. They are set with common prongs in a triangular pattern at the shoulders, above which is a small .015 carat I1 quality prong set diamond.  Finally, in the shoulders of the ring, alongside each lower pear shaped citrine are 12 small round brilliant cut I1 quality diamonds, 6 per side, set in 4 diagonal channels, 3 stones in each.  They have an estimated total weight of .10 carats.  The ring is size 7.25.
