Antique garnet and pearl 9 karat gold ring

This circular shaped 9 karat yellow gold antique estate cluster style ring contains 12 cultured pearls in a circle alternating 2 different size pearls: 6 at 3 mm and 6 at 2.5 mm. They surround a circle of 6 red garnets that are approximately 3.75 mm in diameter. The garnets surround a center 3.5 mm cultured pearl. The entire cluster top has a diameter of 15 mm.  The pearls are all bead with glue set and the garnets are also bead set. The stones are set atop a solid gallery and a 2.5 mm shank. The ring is size 6.5.
